How long does it take to publish a listing?
Most sellers publish their first listing in under 5 minutes. Our step-by-step form guides you from category selection to live page. No technical knowledge needed.
What is the cost to list on Sirf?
Your first 2 self-serve listings are free. Additional self-serve listings and optional verification are paid growth tools. Eligible women entrepreneurs, persons with disabilities, SHGs, MSMEs, startups, artisans, and local sellers can apply for free assisted onboarding and listing support.
Does Sirf take a commission on my sales?
No. Zero percent commission. You keep 100% of every rupee your buyers pay you. We only charge the small listing fee — never a cut of your revenue.
Can SIRF create listings for me?
Yes. Through free assisted onboarding, eligible applicants and partner groups can submit their details, photos, and documents. Our team reviews the application and can create listings for them at no charge under the program.
How do I get the Verified Seller badge?
The Verified Seller badge is exclusive to sellers who have an active subscription. Go to your Dashboard and click 'Get Verified' to purchase the auto-renewing subscription for â‚ą49 per 3 months. Your badge appears instantly upon successful payment.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes, at any time. Go to your seller page or Dashboard, click 'Edit listing', make your changes across any of the 5 steps, and save. Your live page updates immediately.
Does the shareable card download include the correct image?
Yes. The share card uses a high-res version of your product photo — formatted as a 4:5 card perfect for WhatsApp status, Instagram stories, and forwards.
What categories does Sirf support?
Sirf supports 12+ categories including Real Estate, Agriculture, Export, Electronics, Fashion, Services, Food, Health, Education, Vehicles, Jewellery, and Handicrafts.
How do I delete a listing?
Open the listing from your seller page or Dashboard and click 'Delete listing'. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Your listing fee is non-refundable.
