Terms & Conditions

These are the rules of the road for using SIRF. Please read them carefully — by using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SIRF (sirf.one), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, sellers, and anyone who interacts with any content on sirf.one.
SIRF is operated by Tweelabs Electronics and IT Private Limited, registered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account on SIRF.
You may register using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Each person or business may maintain one active seller account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or policies is prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it if it changes.

You may not list items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, or prohibited under Indian law or local regulations.
You may not publish misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent product descriptions, prices, or availability.
Spam listings, keyword stuffing, fake reviews, or manipulation of platform analytics is strictly prohibited.
Listing adult content, hate speech, political propaganda, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights is not allowed.
SIRF reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend any account, and report violations to appropriate authorities without prior notice.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all listing content — including descriptions, prices, images, claims, and contact details.
For assisted onboarding, applicants remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and permissions of the information, documents, images, and claims they submit to SIRF for listing creation.
Sellers must fulfill buyer inquiries honestly and in good faith. SIRF does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
Sellers must not list products that require licensing or certifications they do not hold (e.g., controlled substances, regulated financial products).
Sellers are responsible for their own GST compliance, income declarations, and any applicable taxes on transactions conducted through leads from SIRF.
SIRF is a marketplace, listing, discovery, and onboarding platform — we do not handle order fulfillment, payment collection between buyers/sellers, or delivery logistics.

Your first 2 self-serve listings are free. Additional self-serve listings cost ₹9 per listing (one-time, no expiry) at current launch pricing.
Eligible women entrepreneurs, persons with disabilities, SHGs, MSMEs, startups, artisans, local sellers, creators, experts, and partner groups may apply for free assisted onboarding. Approved assisted onboarding applicants are not charged an onboarding or listing fee for listings created under that program.
The Verified Seller Badge is ₹49 per 3-month period, charged as an auto-renewing subscription via Razorpay.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. SIRF does not store your card or UPI credentials.
Free assisted onboarding has no payment or refund step. Paid self-serve listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published. Verified badge fees are governed by our Refund Policy.
SIRF reserves the right to change platform pricing with notice. Existing paid listings will not be retroactively charged under new pricing.

You retain ownership of all content (images, text, descriptions) you submit to SIRF.
By publishing content on SIRF or submitting content for assisted onboarding, you grant Tweelabs Electronics and IT Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing content through sirf.one and its associated channels, including social media previews, share cards, search engine indexing, and partner discovery channels.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use all images and content in your listings. Using copyrighted stock photos without a license is a violation of these terms.
The SIRF brand, logo, platform design, and codebase are owned by Tweelabs Electronics and IT Private Limited and may not be copied or reused.

SIRF is a marketplace platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and bear no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any product or service listed.
We do not verify all listings. The Verified badge only verifies the seller's identity — not the accuracy of every product claim.
SIRF is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SIRF's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to SIRF in the 3 months prior to the claim.

SIRF reserves the right to review, edit, hide, or remove any listing at any time if it violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for repeated violations, payment fraud, abuse of the verified badge system, or report spamming.
Banned accounts will lose access to their listings and any associated paid upgrades without a refund.
You may appeal a moderation action by contacting hello@sirf.one with relevant details.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, in particular the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SIRF shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
We encourage resolving disputes informally first — contact us at hello@sirf.one and we will attempt a resolution within 15 business days before any formal proceedings.

SIRF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
The 'Effective Date' at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
Continued use of SIRF after a modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will attempt to notify registered sellers via email or an in-app banner.
