Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every transaction on SIRF to be fair and transparent. This policy explains exactly when you can expect a refund and when you cannot — with no ambiguity.

Overview

SIRF charges for two types of platform services:

  1. Listing Fee (₹9 per listing) — a one-time, non-recurring charge to publish a listing permanently on sirf.one.
  2. Verified Badge Subscription (₹49 / 3 months) — an auto-renewing subscription via Razorpay that gives your listings a Verified Seller badge.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving legitimate payment issues quickly — typically within 5–7 business days of a verified request.

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same listing or Verified badge due to a technical error.
  • Non-delivery: You paid for a listing upgrade or Verified badge, but the feature was never activated within 48 hours due to a platform error.
  • Verified badge — within 48 hours: If your badge has not yet been displayed on any listing and you request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.
  • Payment gateway error: Your bank was debited but we received no confirmation of payment and the listing/badge was not activated.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Published listings (₹9 fee): Once your listing goes live and the URL is generated, the listing fee is non-refundable — the platform infrastructure has been used.
  • Verified badge — after 48 hours: After the badge has been displayed on your listings for more than 48 hours, refunds are not available for the current billing period.
  • Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want a listing or badge after the service has been activated does not qualify for a refund.
  • Account violations: If your account is suspended or your listing is removed due to a policy violation, no refund is provided.
  • Expired subscriptions: Refunds cannot be issued for past billing periods of the Verified badge subscription.

Cancelling the Verified Badge Subscription

  • You can cancel your Verified badge subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Subscription settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your badge remains active until the end of the current 3-month billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of a new billing cycle starting and the badge is still pending activation, you may be eligible for a refund of that billing cycle.
  • Cancellation does NOT delete your listings — it only removes the Verified badge from your profile and listings upon the next renewal date.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us at support@sirf.one with the following details:

  1. Your registered email address / account name
  2. Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  3. The listing title or Verified badge order in question
  4. A clear description of the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted
  5. Screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the review within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (subject to your bank's processing time).
