Expense Tracker & CSV Export

The existing expense tracker records INR spending, totals entries and exports CSV. Entries stay in this tab unless you choose browser saving. There is no account sync or bank connection.

How to track expenses and export CSV

  1. Choose an expense date, add a description and category, and enter an INR amount.
  2. Add the entry to see your total. Remove an incorrect row or undo the last removal.
  3. Enable saving only on a trusted browser profile, or keep entries in the current tab.
  4. Export CSV and confirm the file is saved before closing the tab or clearing browser data.

Expense tracker questions

Does this connect to my bank or sync across devices?

No. This is the existing manual tracker. Amounts use INR and integer paisa totals; currencies are not converted. There are no bank feeds, account syncing, receipt uploads or tax-filing features.

Where are saved expenses kept?

Browser saving is optional. When enabled, rows are stored locally under this website in the current browser profile. They are not encrypted by this tool. Shared-browser users may access them, and clearing site data can remove them. Download regular CSV backups. Turning saving off removes the saved copy but keeps current rows in the tab.

What are the limits?

Up to 2,000 rows, descriptions of 200 characters, dates from 1900–2100 and positive amounts up to ₹9,999,999.99 per row with two decimal places. CSV preserves Unicode and quotes commas and line breaks. Formula-like descriptions receive a leading apostrophe to reduce spreadsheet formula execution.

Will old Turfpe browser entries appear here?

No. Browser storage belongs to its website origin. The recovered tool’s code is reused, but records from a different domain cannot be read here automatically. Existing Turfpe data has not been deleted or silently imported.
