Is free assisted onboarding different from pricing?
Yes. Eligible women entrepreneurs, persons with disabilities, SHGs, MSMEs, startups, artisans, and local sellers can apply for free assisted onboarding. We help them create listings without charging an onboarding or listing fee for that program.
What happens after I pay ₹9?
Your self-serve listing goes live instantly with a permanent, shareable URL. There's no expiry. You keep 100% of everything your buyers pay you.
Can I cancel the Verified badge subscription?
Yes, anytime. Go to your Dashboard and cancel. The badge stays active until the end of your current 3-month period, then it's removed.
Is there a refund policy?
Free assisted onboarding has no payment or refund step. Paid self-serve listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published. Verified badge fees follow our standard refund policy.
