Data deletion instructions
You can delete the Instagram and Facebook data SIRF Studio holds at any time. Choose one of the options below.

Disconnect in SIRF Studio (instant)
Sign in, open sirf.one/studio, and press Disconnect next to your Instagram account. Your access token is deleted straight away and SIRF can no longer read or post to your account.

Remove SIRF Studio from Facebook (automatic deletion)
In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find SIRF Studio, press Remove, and tick the option to delete data. Facebook tells SIRF, and we automatically delete your connected Instagram accounts, access tokens, comments, messages, inbox settings and insights. Facebook shows you a confirmation code; you can check its status at

Ask us by email (everything, including posts)
Email hello@sirf.one with the subject SIRF Studio data deletion from the email address of your SIRF account. We delete all SIRF Studio data — including posts you drafted or scheduled and their media files — within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What SIRF Studio stores
Your encrypted access token, your connected Instagram account details, posts you create in SIRF Studio, comments and messages shown in the inbox, and insights. We never store your Facebook or Instagram password. Details are in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your whole SIRF account
To delete your SIRF account and everything in it (listings, profile and SIRF Studio data), email hello@sirf.one with the subject Delete my SIRF account. Some payment and invoice records must be kept for as long as tax law requires.
