Documents needed for Shop & Establishment (Gumasta) Registration

Identity proof
- Passport-size photograph
- Photo ID of the owner
Address and premises proof
- Business address proofElectricity bill, property tax receipt or municipal khata, not older than 2 months.
- Rent agreement or owner's NOC (if applicable)Needed if the premises are rented or owned by someone else.
- Photo of the shop front showing the name board (if applicable)
PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each. Files are encrypted as soon as they reach SIRF.
