SIRF Stores Buyer Terms
Buying from a store on SIRF: who you buy from, how payments, delivery and returns work, and where to go if something goes wrong.
Effective 31 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-31
1. Who you are buying from
- Stores on SIRF are run by independent sellers. When you place an order, you buy directly from that seller. The seller's name, address and contact details are on the store's "Shipping, returns and seller details" page and on your invoice.
- SIRF (operated by Tweelabs Electronics and IT Private Limited) provides the store software only. SIRF does not own, stock, inspect or ship the products, and is not the seller.
- The seller is responsible for the product, its description and price, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices include taxes. Shipping, cash-on-delivery fees and discounts are shown before you place the order.
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier or seller when the order arrives. Online payments (if the store offers them) are processed securely by Razorpay; neither SIRF nor the seller sees your card or UPI details.
- An order is confirmed when you see the order page with your order number. The seller may cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock) and must refund any money you paid.
3. Delivery
- The seller ships your order and adds a tracking number when it is available. Track it from your order page.
- If your order is late or has not arrived, contact the seller first using the details on your order page.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
- Each store sets its own return window and policy, shown on its policies page before you buy. Request a return or exchange from your order page within that window.
- Whatever the store's policy, you can report an item that arrives damaged, defective, wrong or not as described. Tell the seller within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, the seller refunds to your UPI ID or bank account.
- To cancel an order before it ships, contact the seller using the details on your order page. If you paid online, the seller must refund you in full.
5. Reviews
- Only buyers with a delivered order can review a product. Reviews must be honest and about the product. Sellers can hide reviews that are abusive or not about the product, but not because they are negative.
6. Your personal data
- The seller receives your name, phone, address and order details to deliver and support your order, and must use them only for that unless you agree otherwise.
- SIRF stores this data securely to run the store and to show you your orders. See the SIRF Privacy Policy for your rights, including asking for a copy or deletion.
- Marketing and analytics tracking on a store runs only if you agree to it on that store.
7. Complaints
- Contact the seller first using the details on your order page. Sellers should acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
- If the seller does not respond or you think a store is breaking the law or selling unsafe or fake products, write to SIRF at hello@sirf.one with your order number. SIRF can pause or remove the store, but cannot refund money paid to the seller unless it holds that payment.
- You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file a complaint at e-daakhil.nic.in.
8. General
- These terms add to the general SIRF Terms & Conditions. They do not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Indian law applies.
